Pathetic service, the staff is complete idiots. We when to purchase some slides of Pie, well after 30 minutes we got nothing cause they did not know how to slide a pie and couldn't get our money back either, you know why? Cause they didn't know how to do that either!!! Last time I will ever go there and will never recommend it. Prior to these they had decent service.

Big portions, very reasonable prices, decent service. 3 star all the way except for the awful Christian rock played in the dining room. Like South Park parody bad.

Uncle Linny's has never failed me. The food is great, the portions are good, and all around friendly waiters. The building is small and you'll miss it if you blink. The service is great, food is always hot and ready to eat. I've been going here since a little after it opened and I've always been impressed. Great for GC locals.

While the food is good and the breakfast prices are cheap, I have to knock a couple stars for the service. Upon entering, we stood around waiting to be approached because there was a sign that said, "Please wait to be seated." We all kind of looked at each other like, "uhhh...is this of what's to come?" Sadly, yes. We waited, and waited, until finally the hostess looked around and told us to sit wherever. Ok, time to order breakfast. The time between sitting and receiving our food was about average. So, props to the kitchen staff. After getting our food, our waiter placed down the bill. "Uh oh." I thought. Any time this has happened in the past, once the bill is placed, we NEVER see our waiter again. Yep, he disappeared....for way too long. This would have been ok if the waiter had wall to wall tables. He did not. He maybe had 3? And, ALL 3 were just kind of starring in his general direction waiting for him to return. Drinks ran dry. Service literally stopped. This really ruined our first experience at this establishment. While I was ok with trying it again, the other members of my party vowed never to return again. Sorry, we won't be back.

Good food. Great service. It was unimpressive from the outside and we hesitated to go in. When we did, the place wasn't really busy but that changed while we were there. This is the place locals go to and now we know why. Fast, friendly, attentive service. It was soon bustling with locals and the place really picked up. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger while my friend had a Linny Burger (1 patty). Both were cooked to what we ordered. The Linny is HUGE. We also had some of the pie and cake that we saw in the display case on the way in. I had Peanut butter cheesecake and he tried the Milk cake. My only beef was the size of the slice. Too small. I don't know why they don't let you pay the waitress at the table so we had to wait in a line to leave. This was a good place to stop and eat after the MasterMind Vodka tour.

Uncle Linny's is a great option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's a family owned restaurant and staff is always friendly and helpful. The menu is American style cuisine; the biscuits & gravy are the best in town! The employees wear shirts with Bible verses and Christian music is all that plays. It's usually too loud to hear the music; the restaurant becomes really noisy with families everywhere. The lighting is bright with windows along one wall and the temperature is always comfortable.

The best place I've been in millenniums. I had the pancakes and it was like drugs. The syrup felt like it was laced in crack by the time you finish eating it you realised you practically snorted it. God bless you uncle Linney your the Bomb.com . When I get married I want to get married at uncle Linney's.

We walked in at 10:00 Sunday morning with a group of 11. We were seated within 15 minutes, drink orders taken immediately after seating. We had about a 15 minute wait for our food even though they were pretty busy. The service was great & so was the food. My steak was cooked perfectly to medium! Beware, the biscuits & gravy are huge! We love going here when we're in town.

Great place to eat and the food and prices are great also. Just watched a guy eat the 3 lb. Linny burger in 13 minutes. Wow! Wished I had taken a picture.

From the outside appearance you wouldn't expect much from Uncle Linnys but the food makes up for the somewhat lackluster appearance. The fried pork chops are great, the fried chicken is very tasty, and the desearts are even better. Not sure how they manage to keep the prices so low while delivering such great food. I highly recommend giving Uncle Linnys a chance, you will not be disappointed.

Probably one of the worse hamburgers I've had in along time just wasn't good at all was all soggy and tasting like all additives and no meat wife got the same and agreed could barely force it down and decided to leave it I mean really?? How hard is it to make a decent hamburger? We would be afraid to try anything else if they couldn't get that right we won't go back

I've driven by this place lots of times, so tonite was the night. The place is fairly nicely decorated, though we had a lot of rain and there were some leaks in the back. Salad bar looked nice but I didn't try it. The hostess and waitress were both pretty friendly. We got the gyro and the spicy chicken sandwich. The gyro was good, but they added Swiss cheese slices which was kind of wierd. Otherwise it was pretty good. The spicy chicken was seasoned with hot wing sauce. The wing taste kind of overpowered it. I was thinking maybe like Wendy's spicy chicken, but oh well... They were 6.99 and 7.50, so I'm not expecting these to be gormet or anything. They were edible and decent. We both got fries which were excellent. The pies/desserts looked good, but they are not homemade; they come out of a bakery in Chicago. Plus they were starting to give us the stink-eye since it was getting close to closing time (just kidding - they weren't). I will have to go back for breakfast sometime, I believe they are open 6 am to 9 pm every day.

My daughter loves to come here for Friday breakfast. The early morning specials ($1.99 and $3.99) give her everything her little heart desires. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is excellent. The coffee is very drinkable.

I was not the most thrilled person in the world when my friend said we were going to Uncle Linny's Family Restaurant for lunch. From the outside it did not look to appetizing, but was I absolutely wrong. It has a nice homey feel when you sit down at the table. The waitress we had was possibly one of the best I have ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole menu. It took me awhile to decide what I was going to order because their menu covers a lot of different types of foods. Usually one would think that this could possibly be a bad thing because they do not "Specialize" in one particular food area, but this was NOT one of the those cases. They served Mexican, Greek, American, breakfast, Italian and even soul food. I decide on a Greek Gyro with fries. I could easily compare my food to some of the best Greek restaurants I have ever been to. I was extremely stuffed after I was done eating, I looked at the bill and it was only 6.50. I thought this was a steal for all of the food and the atmosphere. It just had the relaxed homey atmosphere that is hard to find these days. I am going back sometime in the near future!!!
